Terms of Service

1. The service

DropStay checks price changes for the hotel bookings you register and alerts you when the same stay can be booked for less.

DropStay is not a party to any booking, payment or cancellation. Your booking contract is between you and the booking site or the hotel.

2. Price information

Prices in alerts are reference information obtained through affiliate APIs and similar sources. They may differ from the price on the booking page depending on timing, login and member discounts, app or web, and how taxes are shown. Always confirm the final price and conditions on the booking site.

3. Your decisions

Whether to cancel an existing booking and book again is your decision. You are responsible for checking booking conditions such as cancellation deadlines and fees. DropStay never cancels or pays for a booking on your behalf.

4. Affiliate links and commission

Booking links in alerts may be affiliate links, and DropStay may receive a commission from the booking site for bookings made through them. The commission is not added to the price you pay.

5. Fees

DropStay is free.

6. Prohibited use

• Sending someone else's booking email without their consent
• Disrupting the service or sending automated bulk requests

7. Changes and suspension

DropStay is coming soon and its features may change. We will announce important changes or a suspension on this site in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

Unless DropStay acted intentionally or with gross negligence, DropStay is not liable for missed or delayed alerts or for losses caused by differences between alert prices and actual prices.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
